Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Returns must be accompanied with an RCN (Returns Confirmation Number), details below.Items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and reported within 14 days of receipt.If your item arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days) and include photos of the damage/wrong item.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Special Orders. Sized, bespoke or altered pieces.
  • Custom orders
  • Refunds will be provided within 7 business days of our receiving the return shipment.
  • All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Steps to Return:
  • Notify us via email help@halojewellers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. A RCN will be provided which you must include in the return package. You will also be provided with the return shipping address.
  • Return the package to us within 14 days of receiving the RCN. Please use Royal Mail 48 Hour tracking for return shipping.  We will reimburse you reasonable shipping costs.  Please retain your proof of return until we email to advise you that we have received your return.
