Prices

• All prices are in pounds sterling, retail prices include VAT. We welcome payment by credit/debit card . We regret that we cannot accept cheques for retail orders. Payment will be taken at the time of your order.
• Delivery times are approximate, we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once the order been dispatched from our office the time it takes to be delivered is beyond our control. We work hard with our carriers to get your order to you on time. Please contact us if you need help with tracking your order.
• Orders can be placed easily on our website www.halojewellers.co.uk. Should we need to contact you with regards to your order, please provide a daytime contact number or an email address. It is not possible to make changes or add additional items to your order once it has shipped.

Discounts & Promotion Codes

Halo Jewellers periodically offer Discounts and Promotion Codes for their website visitors. These Discounts and Promotion Codes are applicable for online purchases only. A maximum of one Discount or Promotional Code can be applied to an order. Orders with more than one Discount or Promotion Code listed will be delayed and may be subject to cancellation without prior notice to the buyer.

Our delivery charges vary according to order total. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns section on our website for full details.

Out of Stock Items

If an item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you to advise when it is available and to arrange payment and delivery.

Returns

• We accept returns upto 14 days after delivery. Returns must be accompanied with an RCN (Returns Confirmation Number)
• Items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and reported within 14 days of receipt.
• If your item arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days) and include photos of the damage/wrong item.
• All below items are non-returnable
• Special Orders. Sized, bespoke or altered pieces.
• Customer orders
• Refunds will be provided within 7 business days of our receiving the return shipment. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Steps to Return:

1. Notify us via email help@halojewellers.co.uk  within 14 days of receiving your order. A RCN will be provided which you must include in the return package, You will also be provided with the return shipping address.
2. Return the package to us within 14 days of receiving the RCN..Please use Royal Mail 48 Hour tracking for return shipping.  We will reimburse you reasonable shipping costs.  Please retain your proof of return until we email to advise you that we have received your return.

We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that our products are handmade and minor variations are inevitable.
